ParkAllenHR's mission is to create and support company cultures and processes that set high expectations based upon mutual respect, hard work and having fun. The result is higher employee engagement and productivity, lower turnover, and reduced risk of employee litigation.

Park Allen is a nationally certified professional in human resources by the Society of Human Resources Management Association, and an active member of the Northern California Human Resources Association. In order to better understand and better support the businesses he is aligned with, Park attended the MBA Program at The Dominican University of California in San Rafael. This MBA Program was focused on Strategic Leadership.

Park focuses on the needs of his clients by identifying the best processes for that specific client. He does this by understanding the Human Resources culture of that organization or business, and then implementing solid strategy and tactics for that business owner or manager to take to create the most dynamic, cost effective, and motivated staff possible.

Park's quote on this has always been: I'm in the industry of PEOPLE, and that is whom I can assist you getting the most out of.Park brings extensive leadership, management, and Human Resources experience from his role as Human Resources Director at the San Francisco Health Plan. In this position, he grew the organization from 50 employees to well over 130 employees during his six years with the organization. At the same time he developed and enhanced progressive HR programs such as their employee evaluation program, manager training program, and progressive disciplinary and communication process. He also designed and implemented a unique employee recognition program, and several online tools to better and more efficiently manage HR data. Other industries Park has worked in include non-profits, IT/software development, Hotels/Hospitality, Hospitals/Healthcare, and retail.

Areas of expertise include employee relations, risk management, coaching and counseling, training and development, effective/creative recruiting, organizational and strategic planning, proactive project management, and compensation analysis and development.

Away from ParkAllenHR, Park enjoys skiing with his three daughters, running the Dipsea race, and pretending he is a great surfer out in the frigid waters of Stinson Beach.
